Teaching Young Children To Always Turn Off The Lights

A few months ago we sold our two bedroom condo and moved into to a larger house. The use of electricity in each additional room nearly tripled our electric bill. I had to teach our Young Children to Always Turn off the Lights when they walked out of the room;no longer watching television or playing.
